Collection: Delivery and Returns

We aim to process and deliver orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, but we will do our best to get your shipment delivered as fast as possible.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order in store-credit (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return via email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with tags, and in its original box and packaging using your returns label supplied.

Once your return has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch.
